Are the flowers real? 

Yes, the flowers are 100% real!

How do I take care of the Boxed Roses?

There is NO care needed! Although the flowers are fresh, they already fed and watered so please leave them in the box and enjoy.

How do I take care of the Toujours (Eternity) Roses?

There is NO care needed! Just keep them in a cool and dry place that is directly out of sunlight.

How long do the Boxed Roses last?

The 9 rose boxed roses last about a week or so. You can also let the arrangement dry and keep them forever! They turn out beautiful!

How long do the Toujours (Eternity) roses last?

Up to an entire year!

How do I pay?

Our site is still under construction therefore, we will continue to accept E-Transfers until further notice! E-Transfers will only be accepted after confirmation and discussion of order.

How much notice do I need?

Please give us 5-6 days to fulfill your order so that it is made with extra care!

Do you take last minute orders?

Life happens and we get it! If you need a last minute order, contact us and we will try our best to help you out. The fastest way to get into contact with us is through DM on instagram: @fleurdelaurent

Do you ship?

Yes! We ship our Home Decor products and our Toujours (Eternity) Roses. Currently, we only hand deliver fresh roses and have pick up service in Toronto/Markham.

How much is delivery and shipping?

Delivery- We guarantee the freshest flowers with hand delivery! Regular hand delivery is calculated based on your location. The price ranges from from $5-$30 for the Greater Toronto Area and Markham-Stouffville. The date and time can be arranged with us directly.

Shipping- We calculate shipping based on your location, the package weight, the package dimensions and expected delivery times.
